I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was cozy and had a charming colonial/rustic style, providing a great night's sleep. The amenities like the safe, coffee maker, and fridge were a nice touch. The discounted price made it even better.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Merced church and the Santa Catalina arch, making it ideal for exploring the main area of town. The rooms, while simple and plain in the courtyard area, were equipped with a fridge and microwave, suitable for our family with a toddler. The service was excellent, especially their flexibility in changing our booking dates for an overnight trip. The dining experience at Fernando's Kaffee was decent but could have been improved with better bread and fresher fruit. Overall, a good value for money stay with some room for enhancement.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and inconvenience. The rooms were spacious, decorated with desert-inspired elements like stucco walls, a fireplace, and traditional textiles, providing a cozy ambiance. However, the lack of phone network connectivity was a downside to an otherwise comfortable and clean room with twin beds.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms exuded a desert vibe with a fireplace and traditional textiles, offering a large and cozy living space. Although comfortable and clean with twin beds, the absence of phone network connectivity was a slight inconvenience.
Service
6.0
The service was a mix of cordiality and communication challenges. While the staff was caring and sweet, there were struggles with effective communication, impacting the overall service experience.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was a charming blend of central proximity and neglected appearance. Situated near key town attractions like the Arch and the Central Park, the hotel provided a convenient base despite looking slightly desolate in its immediate surroundings.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was satisfactory but lacked the wow factor expected at this price point. While the full breakfast options included staples like eggs, beans, and fruit, the quality fell short compared to other hotels. There's room for improvement in offering fresher and higher-quality ingredients.
